There are a few simple Gym Rules we ask users to adhere to below: 

​

1. Please shower before using gym facilities

2. Appropriate gym attire required (shirt, shorts, and secure footwear is mandatory)

3. Santise hands before using equipment

4. Bring a towel and use on all equipment

5. All weights to be returned to the correct rack 

6. All equipment to be put away after use

7. Absolutely NO alcohol to be consumed/allowed in the gym

8. No Pets allowed in the gym

9. Free filtered water available

10. DO NOT TRAIN IF YOU FEEL UNWELL
